Abstract
This article explores the essence and features of Lean Six Sigma as a method for improving business processes within enterprises. The study aims to highlight key aspects and characteristics of Lean Six Sigma, which is utilized to enhance the quality and efficiency of production processes. Analytical methods, analogy, and comparative analysis are employed to achieve the stated objectives.ijpsc.org
The research examines quality management approaches foundational to this methodology, focusing on Lean management, which aims to eliminate redundant processes and minimize losses, and Six Sigma, which seeks to reduce process variability by eliminating defects and enhancing predictability. The study analyzes the shortcomings of individual concepts and the advantages of their synthesis, emphasizing continuous efforts to reduce losses, improve quality, focus on customer needs, and involve employees at all levels in process improvement.ijpsc.org
The implementation of Lean Six Sigma impacts both economic growth and the improvement of team dynamics. The importance of personnel training for successful methodology implementation is underscored. The article also identifies the role of Lean Six Sigma in modern business, providing examples of successful applications across various fields and the benefits derived from its use.
