Abstract
The article examines the complex and multifaceted impact of war on the real estate market, highlighting its severe consequences for this economic sector. The real estate market is a critical component of a country’s economic development. Factors such as population decline, socio-economic transformations, and technological innovations introduce new challenges and opportunities.
In 2023, the Ukrainian real estate market is of particular interest due to changes in the political, economic, and socio-cultural environment, creating new business conditions. New trends in legislative regulation and taxation also affect market participants.
The study provides a detailed analysis and assessment of the Ukrainian real estate market, outlines main problems hindering development, and proposes effective solutions, considering forecasts for the post-war period.
