Abstract

This article examines Tesla’s global expansion strategy, focusing on the challenges and opportunities the company faces during internationalization. The topic is highly relevant due to the rapid growth in demand for electric vehicles and the global shift toward carbon emission reduction policies.

The aim of this study is to analyze the key aspects of Tesla’s international strategy and identify the main factors behind its success in entering new markets. The article explores Tesla’s current global presence and evaluates how its products and services adapt to the specific demands of various countries. It also examines the management of Tesla’s global supply chain and the cross-cultural challenges the company encounters.

The research methodology relies on the analysis of scientific literature, industry publications, and real case studies of Tesla’s development in European, Chinese, and U.S. markets. The findings show that Tesla follows a gradual expansion strategy. It considers local conditions and applies innovation and vertical integration to optimize its supply chains. However, the company still faces significant competition, cultural adaptation needs, and strict regulatory requirements.
