The article analyzes international recruitment strategies and expatriate hiring practices in the international food company Nestle, and assesses their impact on organizational efficiency. The relevance of the research is due to the growing globalization of business and the need for effective management of international teams in a competitive market.

The research methodology is based on an integrated approach, including an analysis of scientific literature on international marketing and expatriation, study of internal documents and official reports of Nestlé, as well as the use of comparative analysis and expert evaluation methods.
