Abstract:
The study examines the practical aspects of strategic management and its systemic support, which play a key role in ensuring the effective functioning of enterprises under complex, uncertain, and dynamic socio-economic conditions. To begin with, the authors defined the concept, mission, and development directions of the enterprise. In addition, they formulated strategic goals and developed a strategic plan aimed at achieving competitive advantages.
In today’s global market, instant access to information intensifies competition. Consequently, enterprises must respond quickly to constant changes. To meet this challenge, the authors created a strategic management system that addresses the information needs of decision-makers and supports the long-term growth of the business.
Moreover, they proposed an integrated system for accounting, planning, analysis, and control. This system incorporates digital tools that enhance strategic management, facilitate effective decision-making, and ensure the enterprise develops sustainably in a competitive environment.
As a result, strategic management defines concrete parameters for accomplishing long-term objectives. It also drives higher profitability, revenue growth, and improved product quality—factors that are essential for sustained competitiveness. Finally, the study underscores the practical importance of further research for strengthening the national economy and boosting the global competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises.
