Plagiarism Policy
The International Journal of Psychology and Strategic Communication (IJPSC) maintains a strict policy against plagiarism in all its forms. To uphold academic integrity, all submitted manuscripts are screened using Docoloc, a professional plagiarism detection software.
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying text from other sources without appropriate citation,
- Paraphrasing substantial content without proper acknowledgment,
- Presenting another author’s ideas, data, figures, or research findings as one’s own,
- Self-plagiarism (reusing significant portions of one’s own previously published work without disclosure or citation).
Policy Measures:
- Manuscripts with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references and boilerplate text) may be returned for revision or rejected.
- In cases of suspected deliberate plagiarism, the manuscript will be rejected immediately, and the authors’ institutions may be notified.
- All authors are responsible for ensuring the originality and proper attribution of their work.
By submitting a manuscript to IJPSC, authors affirm that their work is original, unpublished, and free from any form of plagiarism or intellectual property infringement.
