   Tools for Anti-Crisis Regulation of the Economy in Ukraine Under Martial Law

   Abstract

   ​ The study's relevance stems from the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine, which necessitates the use of effective instruments of countercyclical regulation in an economically disrupted environment. Regulating the economy during wartime presents significant challenges, as the state must account for the impact of military operations on economic stability. By analyzing scholarly perspectives, the article emphasizes the importance of combining fiscal and monetary policies to achieve maximum effectiveness under such conditions. The study’s objective is to analyze and evaluate key instruments of fiscal and monetary policy within the context of martial law in Ukraine. This issue also presents timely research on broader global dynamics. In particular, it explores the ethical and strategic implications of artificial intelligence, ESG-related risks in international finance, and corporate social responsibility across cultures. Furthermore, a central theme across the contributions is the role of co-creation in international settings—whether through adaptive marketing strategies, cross-border HR practices, or collaborative innovation—as a critical factor in managing global complexity.
