Current INU-DNU Round Table 10/2026: Systemic Change, Risk, Resilience and Strategic Communication
Hosted by Prof. Dr. Eckehard Krah and Prof. Dr. Marco Inderhees. The IJPSC Round Table explores systemic change, risk, resilience and strategic communication from an interdisciplinary perspective. The event brings together discussions on enterprise-wide risk-based management, governance, compliance, financial market modelling, the societal impact of social media and proactive crisis communication.
A particular focus is placed on integrated management approaches that move beyond isolated ISO-style silos and combine governance, compliance, resilience and risk management into a strategic and tactical framework. The discussion also introduces a cyclical framework for anticipatory crisis analysis, stakeholder-oriented communication and organizational learning under uncertainty.

Upcoming 02/2027 INU-DNU Round Table: Participation in Innovation Processes, User-Driven Innovation, Co-Creation and Economics
Hosted by Prof. Dr. Marco Inderhees. The IJPSC Round Table on Participation in Innovation Processes explores how innovation is becoming more open, interactive and collaborative. Users, customers, citizens, researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs, organizations and communities increasingly contribute to the development of products, services and social solutions.
The discussion focuses on user-driven innovation, co-creation and strategic communication. It asks how participatory contexts can be designed, how different actors can be integrated into development processes and how interactive value creation can support more sustainable and competitive innovation. A particular focus is placed on co-creation as a strategic communication approach. Consumers and users are no longer only passive recipients, but active co-creators of value, meaning and innovation.
Their contributions can influence product development, organizational communication and long-term customer relationships. Hosted by Prof. Dr. Marco Inderhees, the round table aims to connect academic reflection and practical experience in order to develop new perspectives on participation, creativity, openness and diversity in innovation processes.

Upcoming Summer 2027 Human-AI Interaction in Public Administration and Business: Opportunities, Risks and Digital Occupational Health
The IJPSC Round Table on Human-AI Interaction will be hosted by Prof. Dr. Philipp Otto. It invites researchers, practitioners and decision-makers to discuss the growing role of artificial intelligence in public administration, business and modern work environments. The discussion focuses on the opportunities and risks of Human-AI Collaboration, including decision-making, organizational change, digital workload, trust, responsibility and Digital Occupational Health.
Artificial intelligence can support administrative efficiency, business innovation and strategic analysis. At the same time, it changes work processes, communication patterns and professional roles. A particular focus will be placed on how AI can be implemented in a human-centered, responsible and health-conscious way. The round table asks how organizations can use AI to strengthen productivity, resilience and well-being without increasing digital pressure or reducing human agency.
Hosted by Prof. Dr. Philipp Otto, the event brings together academic and practical perspectives from management, psychology, communication, public administration, organizational development and technology. It provides a platform for discussing artificial intelligence not only as a technological development, but also as an organizational, ethical and human challenge.
