   This paper explores key aspects of crisis management in international companies in the context of global challenges such as pandemics, political conflicts, and economic downturns. It presents strategies for businesses to adapt to rapid changes in the global market and maintain operational stability. The study analyzes how international crises affect operations, supply chains, financial performance, and corporate reputation. It also highlights the role of leadership and proactive strategies in navigating crisis situations effectively. Problem statement In today's world, international companies are facing increasingly complex and unpredictable global challenges, such as pandemics, political conflicts, economic crises, and changes in the regulatory environment. These crises not only jeopardize business stability but can also cause lasting damage, affecting supply chain operations, financial performance, and reputation.
