Abstract

Digitalization has become an integral part of modern society, influencing various aspects of daily life and state functions. This article explores the prerequisites for digital development, aiming to predict and maximize positive outcomes while mitigating potential negative impacts. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of digitalization to assess whether it poses a threat or benefit to society. The study particularly focuses on the digitization processes in Ukraine and their role in positioning the country as a leader in adopting digital technologies in citizens’ lives. The relevance of this topic is underscored by the need to comprehend and regulate the impact of digitalization on human development.
