Abstract
This article explores the essence and features of Lean Six Sigma as a method for improving business processes within enterprises. The study aims to highlight key aspects and characteristics of Lean Six Sigma, which is utilized to enhance the quality and efficiency of production processes. Analytical methods, analogy, and comparative analysis are employed to achieve the stated objectives.ijpsc.org The research examines quality management approaches foundational to this methodology, focusing on Lean management, which aims to eliminate redundant processes and minimize losses, and Six Sigma, which seeks to reduce process variability by eliminating defects and enhancing predictability. In today's interconnected economy, effective human resource management has become a strategic priority for maintaining competitiveness on a global scale. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the key features of HR management in TNCs, identify major challenges faced by international companies, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance the efficiency of their personnel systems.

Management of Changes at the Ukrainian Enterprises During the Period of Martial State

Abstract
The article discusses the problems of change management at enterprises during martial law. Unfortunately, the martial law still continues in Ukraine and does not allow enterprises to use all opportunities to their full potential. Companies must quickly respond to external and internal factors in order to continue their operation. The scientific work analyzed the opportunities that Ukraine and other countries provide to Ukrainian enterprises to support their activities. The main challenges faced by businesses were also identified. In addition, recommendations were provided on the adaptation of enterprises to the current situation. The research was carried out using scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, and deduction. The practical value of this study is to provide recommendations on how organizations can apply this concept in order to improve the quality of their financial performance.
