Abstract

The relevance of research on the LEAN concept stems from the constant need for organizations to adapt to the modern competitive environment, optimize business processes, and use resources efficiently. These factors have become essential for maintaining competitiveness and meeting market demands. This article aims to analyze the potential for integrating and optimizing business processes at Ukrainian enterprises using the LEAN concept. To achieve this goal, the study analyzes the essence of the LEAN approach, examines the current state of domestic companies regarding lean production, and proposes a plan for integrating LEAN principles into company operations. The research applies methods such as analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, analogy, argumentation, and graphical tools. The article explores the LEAN concept, emphasizing its principles and methodology, and demonstrates how they can optimize business processes and enhance enterprise efficiency. It also evaluates the benefits of applying lean manufacturing in today’s competitive landscape. Based on this analysis, the authors developed specific recommendations for integrating the LEAN concept into the business processes of Fort Post LLC.
