Abstract

In the context of a modern business environment characterized by instability, rapid changes, and high competition, enterprises must seek new ways to enhance competitiveness. Organizational culture determines a company’s flexibility and adaptability to changes, which is critically important for effectively forming a company’s development strategy. Only companies that can quickly and effectively adapt to new conditions become market leaders.

This article aims to deepen the understanding of the relationship between organizational culture and the processes of forming a company’s development strategy under conditions of uncertainty and a changing external environment. The study analyzes the impact of organizational culture on the formation of the company’s development strategy in the evolving external business environment. Key aspects of organizational culture, such as leadership, communications, values, and norms, are considered, along with their correlation with the processes of developing the company’s strategy. Practical recommendations on forming the company’s development strategy have been developed, which can be applied in the practice of domestic business structures.
