Abstract

Digital technologies are now a key driver of change and a crucial condition for the successful development of international business in today’s global economy. Evolving conditions in the global marketplace require closer attention to how technological innovation affects cross-border business activities.

This article aims to analyze how modern technologies influence international business, identifying major trends and emerging challenges. It reviews and systematizes insights on how companies adapt to digital change, highlighting critical elements of this evolution.

The study draws on scientific literature, statistical data, and case examples from international firms already adopting innovative tools in their operations. Research methods include comparative analysis and synthesis of available data. The article explores the risks, advantages, and difficulties associated with digital integration, particularly as it relates to strategic adaptation, management transformation, and competitive positioning in global markets.​
