Abstract

The article is devoted to examining the transformation of ethical practices and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in international companies within the context of globalization. In today’s global business environment, ethics and social responsibility have become increasingly critical. As a result, international companies must continuously adapt to evolving conditions and challenges.

The main objective of the article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of key aspects of CSR implementation in transnational corporations. Additionally, it explores the influence of cultural, social, and economic differences on the development of global ethical standards. To this end, the article discusses core issues related to applying ethical strategies across different cultures and in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Methodologically, the study employs analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization. These tools help examine how companies implement CSR in diverse global settings. Moreover, the article investigates new approaches to CSR that align with global sustainability trends. It also assesses how these strategies affect a company’s reputation and competitiveness in the international marketplace.

The practical value of this research lies in its recommendations for developing flexible CSR strategies. Such strategies, if effectively implemented, can help international companies adapt to global challenges, including environmental, social, and economic transformations. Ultimately, the study offers insights for enhancing CSR frameworks in a way that supports long-term success and ethical resilience in a globalized economy.
